What Size Should I Buy?

That’s a great question! It depends on a few things, like which fit you prefer (relaxed, standard, slim) and your measurements.

To get started, take a look at our size charts. These are a good guide for choosing the right size tee or sweatshirt for yourself or a loved one.

If you still aren’t sure, send us an email or give us a call (800.606.6517) – our team members wear these shirts daily, and are happy to help you find your best fit.

All measurements are provided in inches, and are approximate; exact measurements may vary slightly from one manufacturer to another. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.

Men’s sizes are what we call “gender neutral tee shirts.” They are great for every body – including young teens and older children, since a men’s size Small is about equivalent to a youth XL.

Junior sizes run significantly smaller than women’s sizes and tend to be very narrow; when buying junior size tees, be sure to check the size chart to ensure you get the right fit!

Buying a shirt that will fit a child properly can be more challenging than it sounds! We frequently help grandparents, aunts and uncles select gifts for their young relatives. The key to remember with children is: most of them are still growing! A tee that’s big today may fit perfectly a month from now.

Infant and toddler apparel is sized by age. An infant romper in size 3-6 months is usually appropriate for a newborn, but may actually be too snug by the time that child reaches 6 months old. When buying for babies, always go a size up if you aren’t sure. Also consider when the child will be wearing the garment; if you’re buying winter pajamas in the summer, size up accordingly. For toddlers, in general, buy the size that corresponds to their age.
